  • Provide written reports of all emergency calls/situations to the Property Manager by the following business day.
  • Let tenants into units when they are locked out.
  • Call vendors as appropriate to mitigate emergency situations when necessary or as directed.
  • Investigate noise complaints and report and uphold lease agreements.
  • Be on site within 60 minutes to address emergencies.
  • Answer or return all cell phone calls within 30 minutes.
  • The Property Key Holder must be willing to work in a community-based setting, emphasizing commitment and staff initiative.This person should be comfortable working within an interdisciplinary team utilizing a social rehabilitation approach.In addition, this individual must be able to work with persons from varying socio-economic backgrounds and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Applicant must have an understanding of individuals with a range of disabilities, including physical, mental and emotional. Under the direction of the Director of Asset & Property Management and the Assistant Director of Property Management, the Property Key Holder lives on-site and is responsible for all on-site emergencies during and after business hours and on weekends.
